On September 20, the 2022 World Manufacturing Conference opened at the Binhu International Expo Center in Hefei with the theme of "Manufacturing the World, Creating a Better Future." The conference was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the Anhui Provincial Government. Zhongchen Light Industry was invited to participate with its heavyweight exhibits, showcasing a comprehensive solution for craft beer filling and packaging production lines and its representative product with "chokepoint" technology, the SH/HF series high-speed can seamer, at booth B-0

He Sheng said that the World Manufacturing Conference is an important platform for high-end exchanges, deepening cooperation, and sharing and win-win results in the field of world manufacturing, which can add new impetus to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries. The successful holding of the conference will be of great help to enterprises in achieving product chain complementarity.

At the exhibition site, ZHONGCHENG Light Machinery's excellent technical level and high-performance packaging equipment attracted many visitors to stop by and inquire about it. The sales team of ZHONGCHENG Light Machinery warmly introduced the company's products and business scope, and exchanged in-depth views with customers on cooperation opportunities and development experience between the two industries.

In response to the market demand for supply-side reform, the trend of deplasticization and environmental protection, and the urgent need to break through key technologies, Zhongchen Light Machinery has consolidated its market position in the high-speed can production line industry and achieved independent innovation and breakthroughs in core technologies. In recent years, it has been recognized by many craft beer enterprises at home and abroad with its more than 30 years of experience in designing, producing, and manufacturing can filling equipment. The equipment is widely used by Owl Craft Beer, Laozhai Craft Beer, Crane Craft Beer, Ruer Craft Beer, Baribear Craft Beer, Papua Beer, Weiling Wine Industry, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Malaysia, South Korea and other craft beer enterprises.

SH12 Can Seamer is an 110,000 cans/hour high-speed aluminum can seamer that was independently developed by Zhongchen Light Industry to overcome the "bottleneck" problem of domestic high-speed metal thin-walled can sealers. It has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of food packaging machinery and greatly narrowed the gap with international advanced levels. In the field of high-end food packaging complete sets of equipment, it has broken the long-term monopoly of Europe and America and can effectively match the 48,000-100,000 cans/hour aluminum can filling and packaging production lines.

This is a feast for the industry and a journey of rewards. At this conference, China Building Materials Group, together with several of its subsidiary units, brings high-tech products from various industrial chains to the exhibition, jointly contributing to the high-quality development of global manufacturing industry.
