After communication of more than 5 months with the customer, Int’l Dept. of Hefei Zhongchen Co. embraced a harvesting season once again in this September, 2011. It successfully signed 4 UNIVERSAL FILLING LINES with the famous customer, with the total contract amount of $10 million, which is the illustration of leading technology and strength. Various dinks adopt VOLUMETRIC FILLING, which independently controls each filling valve, and adopt DCS system/ CPU/PLC control, with accurate control and filling. Mixing rate of drinks adopts automatic flow meter control, while equipments adopt advanced production crafts, with energy conservation and environmental protection. The technical level of whole line is top choice for integrated filling of CSD, juice, beer, etc. There are 120 filling valve, with production capacity of 40000BPH, which is not only strength illustration of Hefei Zhongchen Co., but also the sole PET bottling line of the most advanced technology and largest capacity provided by Chinese supplier so far.
