In September 2011, Hefei Zhongchen Co. achieved again three orders of 40,000BPH Volumetric Filler Monobloc and related turn-key projects from the biggest beverage manufacturer in Algeria, which caused great response in industry. Mr. Zheng Chang Fa emphasized on introducing the principle and application of filling technology, including: structure theory, electric control, comparation between volumetric valve and traditional mechanical valve, application of volumetric filling on other industry, technical progress on drinks industry of Hefei Zhongchen Co. in recent years. He expounded and Q&A in detail and insightfully in terms of related technology questions, such as performance, parameters, etc., combined with video. He also pointed out that the new equipment had the following prominent advantages, compared with traditional mechanical valve filling:
①The filling accuracy can be 4~5 times higher compared to mechanical valves, reducing syrup consumption, and saving operation cost.
②Flowmeter precisely measures filling quantity, when production changeover, no setup time of traditional mechanical valve filling needle, greatly improving the utilization rate of time.
③For carbonated soft drinks, greatly improve filling temperature, from original low temperature filling up to normal temperature filling (16 to 18 ℃), it can save electricity consumption when refrigeration, save considerable cost for clients, at the same time in accordance with requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.
④Round cylinder can reduce cylinder consumption of drinks, compared with traditional filling cylinder. At the same time, improve cleaning condition, and more advantageous to beverage sanitation requirements.
