In the first quarter of 2012, Hefei Zhongchen Co. has won the bidding of several projects of AB InBew, including 40,000BPH beer line, 24,000BPH beer line, etc. After renowned company Calsberg, etc. cooperated with Hefei Zhongchen Co, another international beer giant gave full trust. Hefei Zhongchen Co. will delivery three main equipments of 40,000BPH, including bottle washer, filler&capper, pasteurizer. Bottle washer will adopt double end deep compartments, multiple caustic soaking, making the total time of caustic soaking reach 16 minutes above, to thoroughly ensure bottle cleaning rate, and greatly decrease bottle breakage rate; filler&capper is the high quality equipment combined with international advanced technology and experience and innovation of Hefei Zhongchen Co.; pasteurizer will adopts double layer double channel temperature areas, concentrate heat exchange technology, real-time PU control system with completely independent R&D of Hefei Zhongchen Co.
