Hefei Zhongchen Beer Filler & Seamer will be Exhibited on Munich Drinktec 2013

With constant innovation and application, the new generation of beer & beverage electronic valve filler & seamer won wide acclaim once again. And on Sept. 16~20, it will be exhibited on Drinktec 2013 in Munich, Germany (Booth No.: B5-526), competing with international counterparts, and showing beer & beverage equipment manufacturing industry's top level of Chinese design and manufacture.
In recent years, domestic and international market demands for canned beer & beverage has an obvious rising trend. Long-standing history of canning packaging has caused deeply ingrained packaging change, which played an indelible role during large-scale market-oriented process of beer & beverage. Can packaging have incomparable advantages than other packaging container, namely, light weight, long shelf life, high anti-forgery, easy to carry, good recyclability, etc. Along with demand increase and technology upgrade, canning technology based on electronic valve also emerged as required.
YLGD series filler & seamer designed by Hefei Zhongchen is equipped with the industry's most advanced volumetric measurement technology of electron probe which adopting cylinder with floating ball to measure the filling volume. Electronic valve filling ensures very stable filling volume, with filling deviation ≤±1.0ml, and easy online adjustment. It is widely suitable for filling & seaming of two-piece aluminum canned beer & CSD products.
The filler & seamer is mainly composed of centralized piping station, product bowl, filling unit, seamer, outer protective door, safety device, electric control system, etc.
It reduces the content of O2 in can by CO2 flushing by means of discharging air inside can before filling. When filling, can is sealed by filling valve completely, CO2 is entered from the counter-pressure channel to build isobaric pressure between can and filling bowl. The liquid valve channel of filling valve is opened to fill beer or CSD products. When reaching the set filling volume, electronic level signal is given to perform the closing of filling valve. Then after stabling and pressure release, the can is entered into the seamer and discharged. All is completed by the electrical control programs for the filling process. It has features of accurate and reliable control with programs self-check function to ensure continuous and stable operation.
The seamer is equipped with Angelus or other famous seaming heads. Incline rotary track typed lid picking. It has features of no can no lid feeding, and inline monitoring of lid feeding with alarm when lack of lids.
PLC and HMI are equipped to control, monitor, and operate the filler & seamer. Electro valves control cabinet is positioned on the middle of filling unit. Centralized control of magnetic valve matrix and Ethernet communication greatly reduces the number of cables and cable joints, with less probability of communication failure.
Protective door is made of toughened glass, with open line of sight, and convenient operation. All openable doors are installed with safety control switches, safe and reliable.
