Hefei Zhongchen Four Innovative Technologies will be Applied in AB InBev Wuhan Soon

AB InBev is one of the leading global brewers, with headquarters of Leuven, Belgium, and one of headquarters in China is located in Wuhan. It’s now the third largest beer group after CRB and Tsingtao Beer in Chinese Mainland, with continual capacity expansion plan as per their official announcement. In the first half of 2013, AB InBev decided to set up a high-end combination line of glass and PET bottle in Wuhan plant China, filling a variety of products for beer, beverage, water, etc. Since then, Hefei Zhongchen was invited & fully involved in technical exchange & optimal scheme for the project with senior executives and project leaders of AB InBev. Finally, AB-Inbev team is convinced to award the purchasing order to Hefei Zhongchen in July this year.
The order offered Hefei Zhongchen a wonderful time, also fully showed comprehensive strength and innovation ability of Hefei Zhongchen, which impressed a large number of customers, including AB InBev.
In the aspect of comprehensive strength, Hefei Zhongchen is one of only a few comprehensive companies who can supply glass & PET combination bottling line with beverage & beer filled in one filler, which just meets the main target of this project. Hefei Zhongchen has firmly setting up a good image in the market of the most well-known, and the most reputable enterprise in beer and beverage industry, relying on rich experience in design, manufacturing and services by participating in projects of Carlsberg, PepsiCo, etc. for many years.
In the aspect of innovation ability, this high-end combination line will merge four core technologies: electronic valve bottle rinsing, probe type electronic valve filling, draft beer filling technology, long tube beer filling for PET bottles. The four core technologies represent the most advanced R&D and application at current for beer & beverage rinsing and filling. Since 2011, three main equipments of high speed beer glass bottling line have been settled in seven factories of AB InBev, obtaining high approval.
