In 2015, Hefei Zhongchen has successfully joined hands with several milk enterprises, such as VIVI DIARY, VITAMIN DRINKS successively, and our dozens of production lines in protein drinks and soymilk have been put into production there.

As a leading enterprise in beverage filling and packaging industry of China, Zhongchen has already emerged from other competitors and achieved the cooperation with VIVI DAIRY satisfactorily due to its sophisticated equipment, superior service and distinctive professionals.The project includes Filler-Crowner 2 in 1 monobloc equipped with temperature-control system, which guarantees the constant temperature when filling.  Adopting foreign cutting-edge technology of hot filling valve, whose switch equipped with electronic pneumatic control, guaranteeing less maintenance and its champer can be easy to wash and reduce backflow; Moreover, the temperature of the valve can be kept by the interval backflow during the short period of machine hal, which is in favor of restraining the growth of bacteria and assuring the hygiene of products; Double-end Bottle Washer with continuous soaking and flush inside and outside of the machine runs with coordination, accurate rhythm and high efficiency of cleaning rate (above 99%) and low bottle breakage rate (below 3‰). The machine has been improving and optimizing constantly in the process of manufacturing and utilization, which facilitates its performance index surpassing industry standard in every index. In 2015, Zhongchen’s high-end equipment were not only put into production in VIVI DIARY, but also were launched in many branch factories of Vitara Dairy with 33000bph soymilk production line. Meanwhile, they were also seen in some other dairy companies, like New-hope Diary and Sun-rise Diary.
