Krones signed agreement with Hefei for purchasing 4 sets 57,500bph bottle washer and accessories for its CRB beer bottling lines projects. It’s a start of new cooperation mode in Chinese market between two famous companies, which may bring far-reaching effects to beer and beverage industry supply chain like products complementation, cost effective etc.
CRB group investigated top suppliers in the world and evaluated their advantages based on breweries usage experience, then combined with latest innovation technology application, they issued a tendering request of top standard high speed bottle washer in the industry.
Bottle washer is one of hit products of Hefei, the advantages of high rate cleanness, water saving, safety standard enjoy reputation from Heineken, Carlsberg, AB-Inbev, Coke etc, therefore, it meet high request of snow beer.
Krones took over complete line project from CRB and then looked for suitable China supplier to undertake 4 sets bottle washers. Based on tender request, Krones technical team from Germany and China held several times discussion and evaluation, and finally chose Hefei as the partner.
In the background of high quality development in recent years, there is a trend of shutting down small breweries and building large ones with higher speed lines for group companies. This project execution is a typical case of win-win cooperation and high quality development for beer and beverage industry, creating new value of cost reduction for end users.
