Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd boost CR Snow Group to build craft beer project in Shenzhen headquarters

The headquarters of CR Snow Group is located in Jiangangshan High-tech Zone, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, is an important building in the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Integration Core Area". The project includes the Snow Beer headquarters building, a national research and development center, a museum and industrial site square to show the history of beer, a craft beer production plant with an annual output of 100,000 liters, and a town to promote beer culture.
Recently, Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd in-depth cooperate with CR Snow Beer once again, to boost its headquarters craft beer projects to build three high-end intelligent packaging production lines, including can production line, glass bottle production line and agility production line. These projects will be completed installation commissioning and production in the second half of 2024, for the production of CR Snow's high-end craft beer. We are aim to creating a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model. For these production lines, Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd apply and integrate many advanced technology worldwide, including agility filling unit using pneumatic electronic valve rinsing, online adjustment of rinsing, drying and blowing off time, applying probe technology for electric filling system which is applying probe to measure filling height. Filling accuracy is more accurate than the vent tube filling. Meanwhile, this probe technology is suitable for glass bottle and tinplate products.
