1. "Fifteen Years of Trials and Hardships, Fifteen Years of Marching Forward Despite Difficulties!" On Jan. 31st, 2018, the company celebrated the 15th anniversary of its founding, which also swore and opened the prelude of the next round of high-speed development of the company! In the past 15 years, the company has successfully pioneered nearly all famous high-end brands in beer, beverage, condiment, liquor and other industries at home and abroad. Together with our customers, we’re on the way to share joys & sorrows, going through thick and thin together, We’re gathering together to renew our friendship, to seek common development and to embrace the grand occasion!
2. With outstanding strength in technical integration and rich experience in project management, ZCQJ have won the 24,000bph multi-functional production line project of Chongqing Jiangji Distilleries (Jiang Xiaobai) and a high-end high-speed red wine production line from Indonesia at the same time among the numerous competitors both in China and overseas. Thus the company has become the first high-end equipment supplier in China who can meet the requirements of multiple types of products and containers at the same time due to its diversity & creativity in technology.
3. After contracted and successfully delivered the Heineken beer projects in glass & can in New Zealand, Cambodia, Philippines, Sri Lanka & Sierra Leone, ZCQJ was recognized as long-term cooperative partner and large-scale key production line supplier, and obtained continuous orders from Heineken. In Mar. 2018, the company was granted a new high-end glass bottle beer production line in Heineken Burundi factory.
4. In the large-scale speech contest themed “ Extolling the New Era Spirits” sponsored by Kaisheng Science & Technology Group, the contestants from ZCQJ won 4 prizes. In 2018, more than 10 young employees were promoted as middle-level cadres to enrich the management team. Staff training and professional skills improvement activities in various departments have been carried out and achieved a remarkable results, which effectively improves the ability of company to provide customer with high-end services in the more competitive market.
5. Focusing on the hot market of craft beer both at home and abroad, the company dedicated to design and fabricate their modular filling machines, featuring compactness but exquisiteness, both in can and glass and showcased in Shanghai Exhibition, which favored and ordered by those well-known craft beer customers from China, Germany, Korea, Vietnam, Canada and Africa during and after the exhibition.
6. Relying on the absolute technical advantages in the beverage filling production line, ZCQJ has further sublimated its cooperation with Master Kong (Including Pepsi Cola) for many years, and obtained six turn-key projects in CSD canning line from Master Kong, and become the largest supplier of CSD canning production line equipment to them. Over the past five years, the company has provided more than 80 high-speed can production lines for customers at home and abroad. Its high-speed can Seamer with full-auto lubrication can hit 90,000cph.
7. ZCQJ has effectively carried out the work of intellectual property protection, and four utility new-model patents have been authorized and announced. They are respectively as follows:
1) One-way valve for hydraulic device on plate-type sterilizer;
2) Quick filling head for Filler;
3) Special turning head for automatic Caper;
4) Rotary-type powder mixer.
8. After more than two years of comprehensive market research on domestic and foreign equipment suppliers, Evergrande Ice Spring awarded the order of its first production line of high-end glass bottle and aluminum bottle mineral water to ZCQJ. Relying on the powerful development strength on glass bottling line, he has successively obtained a number of high-end glass bottle water line projects including Evergrande Ice Spring, Master Kong Group and many other high-end customers.
9. In response to the national policy, ZCQJ strengthened its cooperation with One Belt & One Road countries. More and more production lines of beer, beverage and water have been applying in Pepsi India and Pakistan successively.
10.In October 2018, the company’s high-end Blower-Filler-Capper combi-bloc was showcased in the top event of the industry---CBB, which sparkled the whole hall and draw the attention from the Customers both at home and abroad. ZCQJ has become the only one top equipment manufacturer in the industry who can provide customer with PET/glass/can filling production lines at the same time. The exhibited high-speed CSD machine has been purchased by the customer at site immediately.
11.“To Be Pragmatic and Keep up Being Brilliant”On 17th, Nov., 2018, the 25th anniversary celebration of CBIA was hold in Beijing. Mr.Zha, the board of director of ZCQJ, the leading people in China beer & beverage industry as well as the winner of the prize “Outstanding Contribution to China Beverage Industry in the Past 30 Years of the Reform & Opening-up”, was invited to attend the summit.
12. ZCQJ has achieved fruitful sales performance in Thailand and Myanmar markets. After in-dept investigation on China main equipment suppliers, the largest breweries in Thailand decided to grant the order for their two beer glass production lines project to ZCQJ. Similarly in Myanmar, it was also favored by Asahi and the local largest distilleries company. More and more high-end PET & glass bottling imported wines and beer production lines has been applying in Myanmar.
